DOROTHY BOSSUNG

Dorothy’s professional experience includes over thirty years of investment and financial consulting with high net worth individuals, corporate retirement plans and non-profit organizations. Immediately prior to joining InterOcean Wealth Management, she was a Director at Deloitte Tax, LLP where she lead the Deloitte & Touche Investment Advisors, LLC practice in the Chicagoland area and chaired it’s National Investment Policy Committee. Prior to Deloitte Dorothy worked at both Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in various leadership roles within their Private Client practices. Her accounting firm experience followed over eighteen years with multi-national brokerage firms.

Dorothy graduated from Pace University cum laude with a bachelors of business administration in accounting. Her professional credentials include the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation and she is an Alternative Investments Certificant, both from the Investment Management Consultants Association in conjunction with the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Graduate School of Management. Dorothy is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certificant. She is a member and serves on the board of directors of the Chicago Finance Exchange, and a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and the Financial Planning Association (where she has served on the boards of both the Michigan and Illinois statewide chapters). Dorothy is a frequent author and instructor on the subject of investments and investment policy and is recognized as a subject matter expert by the CFP® Board of Examiners for whom she has reviewed national exams and written investment and investment management related questions. She is also the instructor for the retirement planning portion of the Certified Professional Wealth Advisor (CPWA) designation sponsored by IMCA and taught in conjunction with the University of Chicago.

THOMAS B. RATERMAN

Tom is the Chief Executive Officer of InterOcean Financial Group LLC and its wholly-owned subsidiaries InterOcean Securities LLC, InterOcean Wealth Management LLC and InterOcean Equity Partners LLC. In addition to his responsibilities as CEO of our company, Tom leads the day-to-day operations of our merchant banking and private equity business. Tom has more than 25 years of corporate finance banking and investment banking experience with major financial institutions and rapidly growing entrepreneurial companies. Tom has considerable affinity and experience in the areas of concept roll-ups and rollouts, start-ups and handling complex transactions. Tom utilizes his substantial experience in corporate finance, banking, capital raising and merger and acquisition experience in both InterOcean's intermediary and principal investing activities.

Tom's experience includes principal activities at Flynn Enterprises, Inc., a Chicago-based private equity venture capital and consulting group. As a part of these principal activities, Tom also held executive positions at a number of the portfolio companies. Most recently, as Chief Financial Officer and later Executive Vice President and Region Manager of LKQ Corporation, Tom co-founded, helped develop, finance and operate what is North America's largest automobile recycler and used OEM parts distributor. During his tenure, the Company completed 31 acquisitions and grew to $225 million in revenue. Today LKQ Corporation is publicly traded (NASDAQ: LKQX). From 1993 to its sale in 1995, Tom also acted as Vice President of International Development and Treasurer for Discovery Zone, Inc. Other Flynn private equity investments included those in a variety of multi-unit retail, consumer service and franchise and technology enterprises. From 1989 to 1993 Tom was with GE Capital and from 1981 to 1989 Continental Bank and later Security Pacific Bank in positions of increasing responsibility.

Tom holds Bachelors of Science degree in finance and management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Masters of Management with a concentration in Finance from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

GERY J. SADZEWICZ

Gery is Managing Director of InterOcean Financial Group, LLC, InterOcean Securities LLC and InterOcean Wealth Management LLC. Gery is responsible for all infrastructure and operations platforms of our company and its subsidiaries as well as regulatory and compliance operations. Gery also sits on our firm's investment and executive committees. Gery spent nine years as both the Head of Operations and Head of Compliance for the Oppenheimer Chicago office. He was responsible for 75 retail brokers, a research analyst, a trading desk, and an institutional sales desk. In 1997 he joined Ernst and Young as the Chief Operating and Compliance Officer to start their Investment Advisory practice. He was responsible for national compliance and operations for the Firm’s fee based investment advisory practice which focused predominantly on separate account management by third party investment advisors. He structured, negotiated, and implemented a major contract with Bear Stearns Securities Corporation that resulted in the deployment of a state of the art operating platform upon which Ernst & Young was able to grow their investment advisory business to over $5 billion in customer assets. He was also a member of their Advisory Board and several national committees for Ernst & Young’s investment and personal financial counseling practice.

Gery was then recruited by Ernst & Young to create an FINRA registered broker dealer that specialized in M&A, Restructuring and Capital Raise financial advisory activities. The B/D was granted approval by the FINRA and began operations in September of 2001. The B/D operated four years generating approximately $100 million in revenue per year prior to being sold to one of the best known consulting names in the country, Giuliani Partners. Upon consummation of the transaction the broker dealer’s name was changed to Giuliani Capital Advisors LLC. Gery was heavily involved in structuring the deal and was the primary architect of the FINRA 1017 change of ownership application. Gery served as the CFO, CCO and CIO, and the Financial Operations Principal. In addition Gery was an advisor to the Board with participation rights, and a member of the Commitment and Fairness Opinion Committees.

While he was with Giuliani Capital Advisors, Gery served clients and was the lead advisor to Koch Industries Board on matters relating to information flow between its capital markets, corporate development and technology group. He also advised certain members of Koch’s internal auditing department.

Gery also advised Walt Disney’s internal audit department on matters relating to the monitoring of key officer and director securities brokerage activity.

Gery received a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University. He also has a degree in Certified Investment Management from the Wharton School of Business. He is a member of the SIA; member of IMCA; and a former FINRA arbitrator. Gery has served as a judge for the Investwrite program conducted under the umbrella of the FINRA Stock Market Game.

ROBERT P. WUJTOWICZ

Bob advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and debt and/or equity financings. He has more than 30 years experience in corporate finance, corporate development and public finance. Before joining InterOcean, Bob was with the investment banking firm Giuilani Capital Advisors LLC and Ernst & Young's corporate finance group. He previously served as a corporate finance officer for Continental Bank in Chicago and served in corporate development and public finance positions with two Chicago-based corporations.

He holds a BA from Regis University (Colorado), a MA in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, and a M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University. Bob acts as an instructor for several continuing professional education programs, lecturing on such topics as valuation theory, financing alternatives and the impact of China’s development on U.S. manufacturing. He has authored articles in several publications including Mergers & Acquisitions and Profit Line. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association.

CARL T. CHALEFF

Carl Chaleff is a co-founder of InterOcean Financial and a member of the company's board of directors. He has had an impressive career within the investment banking and brokerage business. His extensive experience includes key positions as a vice president with Merrill Lynch, limited partner of Bear Stearns, general partner with Oppenheimer & Company, and managing director of CIBC Oppenheimer. Before going into management, Carl managed money for clients primarily using risk arbitrage, distressed debt and special situations. He went into management in 1981 at Bear Stearns and Co.

In 1988, he joined Oppenheimer as head of the Chicago office. Under his guidance as managing partner, the Chicago office of Oppenheimer increased its revenue fivefold making it one of the top producing offices nationwide and one of the largest brokerage operations in Chicago. The Chicago office also became one of the largest fee-based or managed money offices in the country. Carl also served on both the marketing and operating committees of the firm. In 1998, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) purchased Oppenheimer and Carl became a managing director of the bank with continued responsibility for running the Chicago operations.

In 2002, after over 25 years in the financial services industry he retired to become a private investor. In 2003, Oppenheimer, no longer owned by CIBC, asked Carl to return to guide strategic growth where he helped the firm to grow on the national and regional levels. Nationally, he implemented strategic alliances, mergers, and investments in the alternative area, and helped in restructuring internal products to serve a higher net worth clientele. He was also a member of the New Product and Development Committee. Regionally, he helped develop the Midwest, working with a number of smaller offices to create a more consistent and proprietary "Oppenheimer" business model. He held that position until recently when he retired again to become the President of Polaris Capital Partners.

Carl holds a BS in Economics from Purdue University and an MBA in Finance from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He currently serves on four charitable boards — as a member of the National Kidney Foundation's national board, immediate past President of the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois, Treasurer of Jobs for Youth Chicago, and as a member of the University of Chicago's Children's Hospital advisory council.

DENNIS H. CHOOKASZIAN

Dennis is an esteemed professional with an impressive background in the financial and insurance industry. Dennis began his career with CNA in 1976, serving as Chairman of Intergroup, a subsidiary of CNA Financial. That led to an over 20 year career with the Corporation, including Director of the General Finance Corporation, another subsidiary. He moved on to to serve in many other roles with the company including Chairman and CEO.

Dennis is now currently a member of the InterOcean Board of Directors. Most recently, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council by the Financial Accounting Standards Board. In addition, he currently serves on the board of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Throughout Dennis’ career, he served on the board of directors’ for several corporations, including; LoopNet, CNA Financial Corporation, Insweb Corporation, Education Corporation, MacDonald Dettwiler, Sapient and the Lowes Corporation.

Dennis earned a Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering from Northwestern University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, and a master’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

JAMES A. GRAY

James Gray is Co-founder and Chairman of optionsXpress Holdings, Inc., the online options, futures and stock brokerage. Since taking its first customer in January 2001, optionsXpress has fundamentally changed how retail investors use exchange-traded derivatives for investing and strategic portfolio management.

Gray, with 20 years in the options industry, is also President of G-Bar L.P., one of the nation's largest independent options trading firms.

Gray is active in many civic and professional organizations,formally serving on the board of the Shedd Aquarium, currently serving on the boards of Children's Memorial and the Chicago Museum of Science & Industry. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization, the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center, the Executives Club and the Economic Club of Chicago.

Through the Avrum Gray Family Fund and the G-Bar Foundation, Gray is also a supporter of the Chicago Botanic Gardens, Chicago Symphony, Jewish United Fund, Lyric Opera House, Gene Siskel Film Center, the Ravinia Festival and the "Chicago 2016" effort to bring the Olympics to Chicago.

Gray holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Iowa. He has following FINRA registrations: Series 4, 7, 24 and 63.

DONAVAN A. LANGFORD III

In Donovan A. Langford III’s winning career, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of finance, administration, and distribution of Scott Foresman, a textbook publisher. Donovan also served as the Controller of The Field Corporation from 1986 to 1990.

Donovan serves as a member on the InterOcean Board of Directors. Donovan also serves on the board of directors of several other companies, including Cash America, Cash Advance Centers, Inc., Fones4All, AeroMetric, Inc., Harley-Davidson Customer Funding Corp. and Harley-Davidson Funding Corp., both of which are indirectly wholly-owned subsidiaries of Harley-Davidson, Inc. He also serves as president of the board of directors of USRowing, the national governing body for the sport of rowing. Additionally, Donovan is the Vice President of WMX, Inc.

Donovan started this career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1973 - 1986.

KENNETH B. LEONARD

Kenneth B. Leonard has held a successful career in finance, and is currently a Managing Director and Co-head of Dymas Capital Management Company, LLC. Prior to starting up Dymas, Ken headed up GE Capital's Merchant Banking Syndications Team and, prior to being acquired by GE, Heller Financial's Corporate Finance Syndications Team. His lengthy career in this field has led to many successful positions in the field.

Ken is currently serving on the InterOcean Board of Directors. Ken began his career at Heller Financial in 1986 where he assisted in the founding of Heller's Syndication Team and spent time in portfolio management, underwriting, and originations within the Corporate Finance and Business Credit Groups of Heller. In 1994 he moved into Heller Investments, Inc., Heller's Turnaround Private Equity Group as an investment professional.

Mr. Leonard is a 1986 graduate of The University of Iowa and received his M.B.A. in 1993 from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
